The landscaped podium opens up to a wide space with restaurants and bars located on the sixth floor, creating a green, soothing oasis for shoppers and office workers.

• Indigenous and adapted plant species requiring       less maintenance and water
• A deck skylight that provides natural daylight and       irrigation to the upper levels of the mall
• High, efficient glass curtain wall to provide a direct     line of sight outdoors to 75% of floor areas
• Largest green wall spanning over 2,000 sq m and       compromising more than 6,500 plants that can         produce enough oxygen for 17 people every 24         hours.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

The building is designed to consume a minimum of 14% less energy than standard building designs.

• Drip irrigation at landscape garden
• Efficient water metering system

  SUSTAINABLE 
CONSTRUCTION

Sustainable construction practices are                            enforced for the duration of the project:

• Durable and regionally-sourced materials
• Recycling
• Erosion and sedimentation control measures
• Indoor air quality management plan
• Low-emitting materials for adhesives,                                       sealants, paints and coatings, as well as                                   flooring systems
